If your goods are damaged, unsatisfactory or not as described, Distinct Brands/ Distinct Distribution allow the customer 14 days for inspection and to contact us via email about the rejection of the products. If this action is not taken within the 14 days, Distinct Brands/Distinct Distribution will assume your order is satisfactory and will not accept returns.
Once we receive your email, you will be issued with a returns form to be filled out and sent back with your order.
In the case of unwanted items, Distinct Brands/Distinct Distribution follow the following procedure. Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect the products to make sure they are in saleable condition. Distinct Brands/Distinct Distribution will issue a refund within 30 days if we are satisfied with your return. You will be returned the price of the product and not the delivery charge. You are responsible for the postage charge of your return.
